Troubleshooting Guide If Application Will Not Submit

Occasionally we have applicants informing us they are experiencing some issues submitting their online application. Usually the problems are caused with the applicants device or browser. Below you will find 4 STEPS that you can do to fix most computer or device issues.

Be Sure To Perform ALL 4 STEPS Below.

If you are using one of the supported browsers below then proceed to STEP #2.

After performing STEPS 1-3 above then restart computer or power off phone/tablet and restart the device.

***Helpful Tip

Google Chrome can be a little picky sometimes on certain devices. Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari seemed to be the most flexible internet browsers to fill out our online application.
